First Day to file for General Election Ballot: Wednesday, January 15, 2020
Deadline for filing General Election Ballot: Friday, February 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
Election Date: November 3, 2020

To run for election to the District’s Board of Directors, a person must file an application for a place on the ballot. Application for a place on The General Election Ballot can be found on the Texas Secretary of State website at:
To be qualified to serve as a Director, a person shall be at least 18 years old, a resident citizen of the State of Texas, and either own land subject to taxation in the district or be a qualified voter within the district. (Texas Water Code 54.102)
