The Spring Creek Utility District Board of Directors would like to recognize the passing of Melvin Willcockson, Melvin served as Director for 20 years, up and until his passing on April 4th, 2024. A celebration of life service was held at the Northplace Church in Conroe Texas. The District offers its heartfelt condolences to the family and many friends.
